Packed breakfasts & lunches for your team, made by our professional chefs in a certified commercial kitchen. Springsure's kitchen is led by Executive Chef Dean. Our five professional chefs bring more than fifty years of combined experience, including cooking for major mining companies such as BHP, & the crib menu is constantly changed, with a wide variety to please any palate.

Diners, including our guests taking away cribs, are far more discerning & knowledgeable about food today. We now serve steamed foods, present salads, pack in plenty of fresh produce & add the occasional treat. It's finding that balance of nutrition, healthy & desirable.

Breakfast cribTakeaway, packed to go & varied daily, from bacon, sausages & eggs to frittata, hash browns, rösti & savoury mince. Cereal, bread, fruit, juice & water can be added.
Breakfast buffetEat in, for groups of 30 or more. Hot dishes, toast, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, juice, tea & coffee, served in the Dooleys restaurant.
Crib lunchA roll, sandwich or wrap, a hot dish, a salad, fruit, snacks & drinks. The week runs from a chicken schnitzel wrap with beef stroganoff on Monday to a classic BLT with the Sunday roast.

For businesses, providing cribs to employees comes with clear WHS responsibilities. Every item must be safe, protected from contamination, & prepared & delivered at the correct temperatures.

Commercial takeaway food must be cooked & cooled to the conditions & temperatures in the Australian food safety standards. At Dooleys every meal is prepared to code by certified food-safe staff.

Zero harm doesn’t stop at the site gate. We cut plenty of sandwiches, but never corners on food safety.
